Owner of Dna Glute Lab/Online Training

I’ve loved fitness for as long as I can remember, and it’s been an integral part of my life since my early 20s. After nurturing that passion for a decade, I turned my focus toward competing, which led to bodybuilding contest wins all over the country through my 30s. And in 2021, I reached my ultimate goal when I secured my IFBB Pro Card with a Masters’ victory in Pittsburgh!

What is Personal

Training?

Personal training is one-on-one fitness instruction that helps you get in shape, learn how to use exercise equipment, and discover your own personal goals. Personal trainers at DNA Glute Lab are there for you every step of the way, making sure you're doing exercises correctly and setting achievable goals for you. It can be hard to stay on top of your fitness regimen without someone checking in on you regularly and offering encouragement. Plus, when you're working out with a trainer, it's much easier to push past those moments when you feel like giving up or slacking off!

Here are some of the most common reasons people hire personal trainers:
